1. About this policy

This notice covers this website, its browser-storage choices, its embedded media, and newsletter details previously collected through a form on this site. Purchases, newsletter subscriptions, and messages completed on other platforms are also subject to those platforms’ privacy notices.

2. Information involved

• Technical requests: when your browser requests a page, hosting and network providers receive information such as your IP address, browser details, the requested URL, and request timing to deliver and protect the site.
• Browser preferences: this site saves your media-consent choice and newsletter-popup timing or dismissal in your browser. These settings do not contain your name or email address.
• Earlier newsletter signups: if you signed up through this site’s previous form, your name, email address, and signup timestamp may remain in its private subscriber list.
• Current newsletter signup: the Visionary Frequency Broadcast button opens Ms. Blue’s Stan Store. Name, email, and any consent you provide there are collected through Stan. Existing site subscribers are not automatically transferred to Stan.
• Messages and purchases: when you contact Ms. Blue or make a purchase through a linked service, that service receives the information you enter. This site does not host credit-card checkout or store full card numbers.
• Public material: this site displays selected public review excerpts and their attribution. Visiting a review’s source takes you to the original platform.

3. How information is used

Technical information supports page delivery, troubleshooting, and security. Browser settings remember your choices and help avoid repeatedly showing the newsletter popup. Newsletter details support the newsletter you signed up for, and information you send in a message supports responding to your request.

Optional video and audio players connect to their hosts only after you allow external media. Current site pages do not include a dedicated Google Analytics tag, advertising pixel, or advertising-personalization tool.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, optional media and newsletter marketing rely on your consent. Necessary delivery and security processing supports operating and protecting the requested service. Purchases and their related processing are handled through the provider you choose.

4. Service providers and linked platforms

The site is hosted through Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. The earlier site newsletter list is held in a database with an administrator-restricted view. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information to operate and secure their services.

If you enable media, YouTube/Google receives video-player requests, and the podcast hosts receive audio requests. The featured audio is supplied through Spotify/Anchor and Spreaker, including their delivery services. These providers may receive IP addresses, device information, and playback requests and may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.

Links also lead to Stan, Payhip, Bonfire, LTK, ShopMy, Amazon, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Ms. Blue’s separate Ask site. They handle information according to their own notices when you use them. Some shopping links are affiliate links and may attribute a purchase or referral after you visit the destination.

5. Storage and retention

Media-consent choices are treated as expired after 180 days. The local record may remain until it is replaced or you clear site data. Newsletter-popup settings use session storage and normally last for the browser-tab session; restoring a tab may also restore its session data.

The earlier site newsletter database does not have an automatic expiry configured. To ask about a stored signup or request its deletion, use the privacy contact method below. Information collected through Stan, Payhip, or another linked provider is subject to that provider’s retention practices. Technical logs are subject to the relevant hosting or service provider’s retention practices.

6. Your choices and requests

• Use Manage cookies to allow or block external media at any time.
• Selecting Reject optional or closing the cookie banner leaves external media blocked.
• Use your browser controls to clear this site’s cookies and browser storage. Clearing site data resets your saved preferences.
• Use the unsubscribe option in a newsletter email to stop that newsletter, or contact its sender.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a copy of, restrict, or object to processing of your information. You may also be able to withdraw consent or complain to a privacy regulator. To raise a request about information controlled through this site, use Ms. Blue’s Payhip contact form. Identity verification may be needed before a request can be fulfilled.

Turning off external media stops future requests from those players on this site. It does not remove cookies or data that an external provider already holds; use that provider’s privacy tools or your browser settings for those records.

7. Security and international processing

The site uses HTTPS, and access to the earlier site subscriber list is restricted to its administrator. Hosting, email, media, and commerce providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their notices explain their processing and any relevant transfer protections.
